Covid-19: 105 new cases, death toll remains at 103

PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia reported 105 more Covid-19 cases on Saturday (May 2) as the number of confirmed daily cases goes back up to triple digits.
This brings the total number of Covid-19 infections in the country to 6,176.
Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah announced this at the Health Ministry’s daily Covid-19 media briefing here.
A hundred and sixteen more patients were discharged in the same 24-hour span, which means 4,326 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in Malaysia since the outbreak began.
No fatalities were recorded in the same time span as the death toll remains at 103.
